Shipping and Returns

ALL JEWELRY ORDERS:

All of our fine jewelry pieces are custom cast and made to order in the US.

We do not go into production without full advance payment

All orders take approximately 2 weeks to produce and ship

SHIPPING:

We ship to all states in the United States and to all international destinations.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes however.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please email info@hijuneparker.com

and we will assist you with completing the purchase

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All of our jewelry pieces are hand-crafted in New York City by goldsmiths with

the highest quality and each piece is thoroughly inspected before we ship to

our customers. 

If you are not happy with your order purchased on our online store, you have 7

days to return the jewelry for a refund or an exchange with another piece of equal

value, under the conditions that they are not damaged from wear and tear and in

the original packaging. Please email all return inquiries for a RA number (Return

Authorization) to:

info@hijuneparker 

1) Please send a photo of the jewelry you wish to return

2) Please send a copy of the receipt of the purchase you made on our website

If the value of the exchange piece is higher, there will be a charge for the

difference on your credit card. If the exchange value is lower than the original

purchase, we will refund the difference to you.

We are not responsible for any pieces that are lost or damaged from

return shipping. Please ensure to package returns properly with protected

packaging and in the original Hi June Parker pouch to avoid any damages.

Please mark all returns "RETURN" with clearly marked packages with

the correct address that will be issued upon receiving and assessing all return

inquiries.

All returns, and exchanges are shipped at your expense 

***All international returns are shipped at your expense including duties and taxes

We are not responsible for any Hi June Parker jewelry not purchased from 

our online store

REPAIRS:

We will repair all Hi June Parker jewelry pieces for free within 15 days of

purchase

All pieces after the 15 day period will be repaired for a small repair fee and

shipping fee

JEWELRY CARE:

We will clean all Hi June Parker jewelry for free once a year, every year
